Neuroimaging Network

Aiming to create an integrated framework to enhance the use of imaging techniques in refining psychiatric disorder diagnosis and treatment. Its key objectives include fostering collaboration between centres, harmonizing data, and integrating genomic and neuroimaging research. The focus is on improving diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes in clinical psychiatry, particularly for early diagnosis, disease progression monitoring, predicting treatment response, and evaluating new therapies.

History

The Neuroimaging Network was officially established in 2008 during the 21st Annual ECNP meeting in Barcelona, as part of the launch of the ECNP Networks initiative. 

We established a unique community focused on imaging techniques in psychiatric disorders across Europe sharing a combined meta-database for research and exchanging imaging methodologies.
