During the annual ECNP Congress, pre-clinically and clinically oriented Early Career Scientists will ‘speed-date’ to find their ideal translational partner. Five selected 'matches' will receive funding from ECNP to organise a short translational exchange.
The goal is to foster collaboration between early-career preclinical and clinical scientists, aligning with ECNP’s mission to promote translational research and support the entry and professional development of early-career scientists. Additionally, the initiative aims to encourage collaborations between researchers from different countries within Europe.

Applications for Meet your Translational Match at the 39th ECNP Congress 2026 have now closed. The application deadline was 21 September.
The event will take place on Saturday, 10 October at 16.40-18.00 at the Congress venue.
