Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is offered by ECNP for three nights (12-15 March 2026) in a shared room (with another participant of the same gender) in the Radisson Blu Hotel Nice. Breakfast is included.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please notify the ECNP office via e-mail as soon as possible.
CDE Travel Subsidy
ECNP offers a CDE Travel Subsidy to participants resident in a European country with a developing economy (CDE*). This subsidy aims to support participants with their travel expenses for the ECNP Workshop. The CDE Travel Subsidy could be requested via e-mail, the deadline to do this is 7 January 2026.
Please note that receipt of the travel subsidy is contingent upon receipt of the certificate of attendance.
*CDE-countries within Europe are: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine.
Certificate of attendance
The certificate of attendance will be available after the workshop via the My ECNP portal on the ECNP website. To receive a certificate of attendance, participants will need to have been present for the full programme of the workshop (keynote lecture, all the sessions and the three poster sessions, and the breakfasts) and have presented their poster of the abstract they submitted.
Disclosure
ECNP requests speakers, chairs and poster presenters to disclose potential conflicts of interest. This will allow the audience to take potential conflicts of interest into account when assessing the objectivity of the presentation.
Speakers are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their presentation in the first slide of their presentation. Chairs are requested to disclose potential conflict of interest regarding the topics of the presentations in the first slide of their session. Poster presenters are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their current poster presentations at the bottom of their poster.
Potential conflicts of interest can involve: grants, honoraria, shares, paid positions on advisory boards etc.
Dress code
The dress code, also for the dinner, is informal and relaxed.

Meals
Breakfasts and all meals mentioned in the programme of the workshop are included. All other meals are at the participant’s own expense.
Passport and visa information
A valid passport is required to enter France. Please note that there are visa requirements for visitors from a number of countries. For detailed information, participants are advised to contact the French embassy in their country of residence.
A letter of invitation is required for the purpose of obtaining a visa, this can be provided by the ECNP Office. It can be requested by contacting the ECNP Office via e-mail.
Presence at the workshop
Participants will have to be present at all sessions, from Thursday late afternoon until the end of the last session on Sunday. Please note that:
- Only persons wearing a badge, obtained at the registration desk, will be admitted to the Workshop activities.
- Participants who do not attend all sessions, discussions and breakfasts as indicated in the programme, will not receive a certificate of attendance.
- Participants who do not give a poster presentation about the accepted abstract will not receive a certificate of attendance.
Registration
Only applicants who have been selected for participation are able to attend the workshop. There is no registration fee.
Travel
Participants have to arrange and pay for their own travel to and from Nice, France. A CDE Travel Subsidy is available upon request. Read more.
