In-person participation
In-person participation is restricted to applicants who have been selected to participate. Applicants who are not selected for in-person participation are welcome to attend virtually. See below for more information.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Participants attending in-person are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own accommodation.
Catering
For participants selected to attend in-person in Nice the registration includes:
Coffee breaks on Sunday
Drinks and dinner on Sunday
Coffee break on Monday
Lunch on Monday
Insurance
It is highly recommended that all in-person participants carry proper individual travel and health insurance.
Passport and visa information
In-person participants may require a letter of invitation from the meeting organiser to support their visa application for entry into France. If needed, the ECNP Office can provide such a letter. Requests can be made by e-mail to the ECNP Office.
For participants attending in-person a valid passport is required to enter France. Please note that there are visa requirements for visitors from a number of countries. For detailed information, participants are advised to contact the French embassy in their country of residence.
Travel
Participants attending in person in Nice are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel to and from Nice, France.
Virtual access
In-person participants also receive access to the meeting’s dedicated page in the MyECNP portal, where sessions will be livestreamed and available for on-demand viewing until 29 March 2027.
Deadline
The deadline to apply for in-person participation is 10 November 2026.
Virtual participation
Virtual participation includes full access to the meeting via the MyECNP portal, where sessions will be livestreamed on a dedicated page. Virtual participants can actively engage in the meeting using the interactive Q&A tool Slido, which allows participants to submit questions in real time. The livestreamed sessions will be available for on-demand viewing until 29 March 2027.
Virtual participants will receive information on how to access the session via their MyECNP portal three days before the start of the meeting.
Registration for virtual participation is open to anyone interested.

The deadline to register for virtual participation is 17 March 2027.

Cancellation
Certificate of attendance
The certificate of attendance will be available after the meeting via the MyECNP portal on the ECNP website.
Disclosure
ECNP requests speakers and chairs to disclose potential conflicts of interest. This will allow the audience to take potential conflicts of interest into account when assessing the objectivity of the presentation.
Speakers are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their current presentation in the first slide of their presentation. Chairs are requested to disclose potential conflict of interest regarding the topics of the presentations during their introduction.
Potential conflicts of interest can involve: grants, honoraria, shares, paid positions on advisory boards, etc.
Language
The official language of the meeting is English. No translation is provided.
