Certificate of attendance
Registered participants who have attended the congress can download their certificate of attendance from 11 October via My ECNP.
Poster certificate
Poster presenters that are confirmed to have presented their poster can download their poster certificate from 11 October via My ECNP.
CME accreditation

Time zone
All times mentioned in the programme are in the Barcelona time zone CEST (Central European Summer Time). The livestreamed sessions will be recorded for on-demand viewing, by registered participants only, until 11 January 2024 at 12.00 CET (Central European Time).
Language
The official language of the 36th ECNP Congress is English. No translation and/or subtitles will be provided during the sessions.
Public transport discount in Barcelona
The Turisme de Barcelona and its Convention Bureau offer participants of the 36th ECNP Congress a 10% discount on public transport in Barcelona.

Hotel reservation
c’accommodation (trademark of Colloquium Brussels) is the appointed official housing agency for the 36th ECNP Congress and is the only company offering accommodation on behalf of ECNP. At the congress
Attending the congress in-person
Access and badges
Each in-person registered participant will receive a name badge upon arrival. For organisational and security reasons, we request that all participants and industry partners wear their badges at all times during the congress activities.
Individual participants and group participants with individual badge pick-up will receive a barcode closer to the congress that will allow them to scan this code and print the name badges at the onsite kiosk upon arrival to the congress venue. A QR code is also available in the ECNP app to print the badge.
For group participants with group badge pick-up, the group coordinator is responsible to collect all the badges and distribute it the their participants.
Re-print of a badge due to loss or misspelled names can be done at the registration desk at a cost of EUR 25 per badge (VAT excluded).
Children at the congress
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the session rooms, poster area or in the exhibition area at the venue.
Parenting room
An unsupervised parenting room is available in the entrance area of the congress venue to feed and/or change babies or young children including a private space to express milk and breastfeed babies. The room is equipped with some basic furniture, water and equipment to warm a baby bottle.
Please note:
- No supervision or child minding services are provided
- Unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 are not allowed into the parenting room
- Parents and/or those taking care of the child are at all times fully responsible for their children. ECNP shall not be liable nor held responsible for any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses or any injury relating or in any way connected to the use of the parenting room.
Food and drinks
Coffee, tea (from Saturday — Tuesday) and lunch (from Sunday — Tuesday) are included in the registration fee and available to all in-person congress participants.
A cash bar will be open for sale of food and drinks during the congress days.
Since 2022 we offer 100% vegetarian catering at the congress.

Disabled persons
The congress venue is equipped with facilities for disabled persons.
Session rooms
It is not allowed to bring drinks or food inside the session rooms. When a session room is fully seated, it is not permitted to enter the room or stand at the back of the room due to security. We will provide an overflow room if possible.

For lost and found items, please go to the registration desk located at the main entrance.
Photography and filming
Audio and video recording and taking pictures with flash is prohibited during the congress sessions. The only photography which is allowed during sessions is photography of slides, which is permitted only for reference purposes (reproduction is strictly forbidden). Photography of posters is allowed under similar terms. No (professional) filming crews or photographers are allowed under any circumstances in the session rooms or poster area, except those hired by the 36th ECNP Congress Foundation.
Journalists, photographers and industry media staff are permitted to capture photographs or record interviews within the designated area in Foyer 2, indicated for this purpose. This designated area has an ECNP background without electrical connections. We kindly request the use of compact handheld recorders exclusively. Prior to conducting any interview, it is essential to secure explicit permission from the individual being interviewed. Your adherence to this protocol is greatly appreciated.
