Participation in the congress is free of charge for journalists but requires proof of status and registration. To register, please send an e-mail to the ECNP Press Officer with the following:

  • Your preference to attend in-person or online. Please note that in-person registration also gives access to the online platform.
  • A copy of a valid press card or a letter of assignment. Any letter of assignment should be supported by copies of at least 2 relevant articles (including by-lines) published in the 6 months prior to the congress.
  • The name of who you are working for and what the organisation does.
  • Your job role.

Members of the press who cannot attend the congress can still receive press information.
To receive advance press releases, please contact the press officer by e-mail. We anticipate that all press releases will be individually embargoed, and journalists are required to respect these embargoes.

Photography and filming
Journalists are permitted to capture photographs or record interviews within the designated area in Foyer 2, indicated for this purpose. This designated area has an ECNP background without electrical connections. We kindly request the use of compact handheld recorders exclusively. Prior to conducting any interview, it is essential to secure explicit permission from the individual being interviewed. Your adherence to this protocol is greatly appreciated.
