Exhibition

The ECNP Congress is accompanied by an exhibition, to allow participants to gain access to clinically relevant information and advice. ECNP sees as an important contributor to the congress’s educational function.

ECNP would like to invite companies and organisations involved in the clinical and pre-clinical research, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the brain or companies producing products for research or e-health tools to present their services, products and/or literature at the exhibition, which will be held simultaneously with the congress from Sunday 7 October to Tuesday 10 October 2023. For virtual exhibitors the congress platform opens earlier, from Friday 6 October 2023.

Exhibitors can apply for space at the physical exhibition, which will be held in Area 1 and 2 of the Centre Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB), Spain for in-person participants and/or can apply for an virtual exhibition stand, which will be accessible via the congress platform for the virtual and in-person participants.

How to apply
The deadline for initial application (to be considered in the initial assignment of a physical stand space) was 18 January 2023. After this initial stand space assignment, the remaining space could be allocated to later applications until 1 August 2023. No stand applications or additional packages can be accepted after 1 August 2023.

Upon application, the company name and an introduction text about the company* (maximum of 100 words) were requested for publication on the ECNP Congress website, app and congress platform.
*Texts are subject to minor editorial adjustment for conformity to the ECNP house style.

Via the exhibition application form, companies could also apply for an virtual exhibition stand in addition to their physical exhibition space or independently.

The provisional exhibition floor plan of the Barcelona venue is designed in accordance with the CCIB General Regulations for exhibition and with the intention of maximising each individual stand’s visibility to the participants of the 36^th ECNP Congress. Please note that this is a provisional floorplan and that this might be revised based on the actual stand sizes and/or to take into account escape routes and emergency exits.
