In-person participation

In-person participation is only for selected participants who will attend the meeting in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. How to apply

Accommodation

For participants selected to attend in-person, ECNP has negotiated special accommodation rates at the meeting venue. The link to the dedicated booking form will be sent to participants selected for in-person participation. Hotel accommodation costs are at your own expense.

Catering 

For participants selected to attend in-person in Amsterdam the registration includes:

  • Coffee breaks on Monday
  • Drinks and dinner on Monday
  • Coffee break on Tuesday
  • Lunch on Tuesday
Insurance 

For participants selected to attend in-person it is highly recommended that all participants carry proper individual travel and health insurance. 

Passport and visa information

For participants attending in-person a valid passport is required to enter The Netherlands. Please note that there are visa requirements for visitors from a number of countries. For detailed information, participants are advised to contact the Dutch embassy in their country of residence. 

In-person participants may need a letter of invitation from the meeting organiser in order to obtain a visa for entry into The Netherlands. Invitation letters can be downloaded through the Registration Portal after full payment of the registration has been received. 

Travel

Participants attending in-person in Amsterdam have to arrange and pay for their own travel to and from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

ECNP Knowledge Hub

In-person participants also get access to the ECNP Knowledge Hub where all sessions will be livestreamed. The livestreamed sessions will be recorded for on-demand viewing until 25 January 2026 

Virtual participation 

Virtual participation means you will get access to the ECNP Knowledge Hub where all sessions will be livestreamed. The livestreamed sessions will be recorded for on-demand viewing until 25 January 2026.

Participants will also be able to submit their questions using the interactive Q&A tool Slido. Virtual participants will receive information on how to access the ECNP Knowledge Hub three days before the start of the meeting. Virtual participation is open to all. Register here

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, for both virtual and in-person registration, please notify the ECNP Office via  e-mail as soon as possible. For the cancellation terms and conditions, please click here.

Certificate of attendance 

The certificate of attendance will be available after the meeting via the MyECNP portal on the ECNP website.

Disclosure

ECNP requests speakers and chairs to disclose potential conflicts of interest. This will allow the audience to take potential conflicts of interest into account when assessing the objectivity of the presentation.

Speakers are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their current presentation in the first slide of their presentation. Chairs are requested to disclose potential conflict of interest regarding the topics of the presentations during their introduction.

Potential conflicts of interest can involve: grants, honoraria, shares, paid positions on advisory boards, etc. 

Language 

The official language of the meeting is English. No translation is provided.
