Lower fees for residents of a CDE
A reduced registration fee was offered to residents of a country with a developing economy (CDE), defined as low-income, lower-middle-income and upper-middle-income, as well as those falling under the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) lending category, as defined by the World Bank.
