Exhibition

The ECNP Congress is accompanied by an exhibition, to allow in-person participants to gain access to clinically relevant information and advice. ECNP sees as an important contributor to the Congress’s knowledge transfer function.

Application

It is no longer possible to apply for the exhibition space.

The deadline for initial application (to be considered in the initial assignment of a physical stand space) was 20 January 2026. After this initial stand space assignment, the remaining space could be allocated to later applications until 1 July 2026. No applications can be accepted after this date.

ECNP would like to invite companies and organisations involved in the clinical and pre-clinical research, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders of the brain or companies producing products for research or e-health tools to present their services, products, and/or literature at the exhibition, which will be held simultaneously with the Congress from Saturday 10 October to Tuesday 13 October 2026. 

Exhibitors can apply for space at the exhibition area, which will be held in Hall B0 on Level 0 of the ICM München. For all information regarding the exhibition and what is included in the prices, please download the ECNP Industry Guidelines.

Exhibition floor plan

The exhibition floor plan will be designed in accordance with the actual stand sizes requested and with the ICM Technical Regulations for Accompanying Exhibitors (taking into account escape routes and emergency exits) and with the intention of maximising each individual stand’s visibility to the participants of the 39th ECNP Congress.
