Call for applications: ECNP Neuromodulation Network shell membership

The ECNP Neuromodulation Network is offering five shell memberships for early-career researchers (postdoctoral level) who would like to actively contribute to the network’s activities over the coming years.

As an early-career shell member, you will be invited to participate in all network activities, including two in-person meetings per year, with travel reimbursement provided.

We are seeking postdoctoral researchers with a research focus on neuromodulation who are interested in contributing actively to the network. Members are encouraged to propose collaborative initiatives within the network, including research projects, review papers, surveys, or educational initiatives. 

Requirements

  • ECNP membership is required for eligibility to reimbursement 

  • Early Career Scientist (ECS) can join a maximum of one ECNP Network 

  • Applicants must meet the ECNP definition of an ECS:

    • Not older than 35 years (on the first day of the meeting) 

    • Must be resident in Europe* 

    • Pre-doctoral or doctoral student or Post-doc (within first four years of employment after having received their PhD) or Resident (MD’s in training within first five years after becoming MD)

*Europe being the 46 countries of the Council of Europe plus Israel.

Selection

Five candidates will be selected and invited to participate in the ECNP Neuromodulation Network meeting in October, held the day before the 39th ECNP Congress in Munich, Germany.
