The ECNP Roadmap Meeting 2026 will have a hybrid format, with presentations given in-person in Amsterdam and all sessions, including discussions, livestreamed. Both participants joining in-person and virtually will be able to interact by using the interactive Q&A tool Slido.
Participants can choose to attend in-person in Amsterdam or to register to join the meeting virtually from anywhere in the world. In-person participation is selective based on application; virtual participation is open to all.
Virtual participation
The deadline to register for virtual participation is 15 January 2026.
In-person participation
It's no longer possible to apply for in-person participation, the deadline was 30 October 2025.
Virtual participation
Virtual participation means you will get access to the ECNP Knowledge Hub where all sessions will be livestreamed, and you will also be able to interact by submitting questions using the interactive Q&A tool Slido.
There is no limit to the number of virtual attendees.
Registration fees virtual participation
Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person and are listed excluding VAT (rate depends on country of residence of the registrant).

For individuals residing in Ukraine, ECNP offers free registration for virtual participation. If you would like to make use of this offer, please send an e-mail to the ECNP Office before you register.
In-person participation

In-person participation is limited to selected participants only. If you want to join the meeting in-person, you can apply by submitting a motivation statement (50-150 words) mentioning:
- Why you would like to join the ECNP Roadmap Meeting 2026
- Your most recent job position
Selection of participants
The final selection of participants (limited number) is based on your motivation statement and providing a balanced participant group. Applicants will be informed about the outcome of the selection by the end of November 2025.
Should the number of applications exceed available spots, participants will be selected based on specific criteria to ensure a balanced and focused group.
