About the meeting
The New Frontiers Meeting 2025 will have a hybrid format, with presentations given in-person in Nice and all sessions, including discussions, will be livestreamed. Both participants joining in-person and virtually will be able to interact by using the interactive Q&A tool Slido.
Participants can choose to attend in-person in Nice or to register to join the meeting virtually from anywhere in the world. In-person participation is selective based on application; virtual participation is open to all.
Registration
It is no longer possible to register.
The deadline was 19 March 2025.
There was no limit to the number of virtual attendees.

For individuals residing in Ukraine, ECNP offers free registration for virtual participation for the New Frontiers Meeting 2025. If you would like to make use of this offer, please send an e-mail to the ECNP Office before you register.
In-person participation
It is no longer possible to apply for in-person participation.
The deadline was 2 December 2024.
In-person participation is limited to selected participants only. If you wanted to join the meeting in-person, you could apply by submitting a motivation statement (50-150 words) mentioning:
- Why you would like to join the ECNP New Frontiers Meeting 2025
- Your most recent job position
The final selection of participants (limited number) is based on your motivation statement and providing a balanced participant group. Applicants were informed about the outcome of the selection on 12 December 2024.
