About the meeting
The New Frontiers Meeting 2026 will have a hybrid format, with presentations given in-person in Nice and all sessions, including discussions, also livestreamed. Both participants joining in-person and virtually will be able to engage in the meeting by using the interactive Q&A tool, Slido.
Participants can choose to attend in-person in Nice or to register to join the meeting virtually from anywhere in the world. In-person participation is selective based on application; virtual participation is open to all.
In-person participation
The deadline to apply for in-person participation is 11 November 2025.
In-person participation is limited to selected participants only. If you wanted to join the meeting in-person, you can apply by submitting a motivation statement (50-150 words) mentioning:
- Why you would like to join the ECNP New Frontiers Meeting 2026
- Your most recent job position
The final selection of participants (limited number) is based on your motivation statement and providing a balanced participant group. Applicants will be informed about the outcome of the selection by the beginning of December 2025.

If you’re not selected to join the meeting in-person you can still register to join virtually. The deadline to do so is 11 March 2026.
Residents of the Russian Federation are only eligible for virtual registration.
Virtual participation
Virtual participation means you will get access to the meeting via the ECNP Knowledge Hub, where sessions will be livestreamed on a dedicated page. You can actively engage in the meeting using the interactive Q&A tool, Slido, which enables you to submit questions in real time.
The deadline to register for in-person participation is 11 March 2026.
There is no limit to the number of virtual attendees.
