In-person participation

In-person participation is only for selected participants who will attend the meeting in Nice, France. 

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Participants attending in-person have to arrange and pay for their own accommodation.

Catering

For participants selected to attend in-person in Nice the registration includes:

  • Coffee breaks on Sunday
  • Drinks and dinner on Sunday
  • Coffee break on Monday
  • Lunch on Monday 
Insurance

It is highly recommended that all in-person participants carry proper individual travel and health insurance. 

Passport and visa information

For participants attending in-person a valid passport is required to enter France. Please note that there are visa requirements for visitors from a number of countries. For detailed information, participants are advised to contact the French embassy in their country of residence.   

In-person participants may need a letter of invitation from the meeting organiser in order to obtain a visa for entry into France. Invitation letters can be downloaded through the Registration Portal after full payment of the registration has been received. 

Travel

Participants attending in-person in Nice have to arrange and pay for their own travel to and from Nice, France. 

Virtual access

In-person participants also get access to the meeting’s dedicated page on the ECNP Knowledge Hub, where sessions will be livestreamed. The livestreamed sessions will be available for on-demand viewing until 23 March 2026. 

Virtual participation

Virtual participation means you will get access to the meeting via the ECNP Knowledge Hub, where sessions will be livestreamed on a dedicated page. You can actively engage in the meeting using the interactive Q&A tool, Slido, which enables you to submit questions in real time. The livestreamed sessions will be available for on-demand viewing until 23 March 2026. 


Virtual participants will receive information on how to access the meeting on the ECNP Knowledge Hub three days before the start of the meeting. 
 


Virtual participation is open to all.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, for both virtual and in-person registrations, please notify the ECNP Office via e-mail as soon as possible. For the cancellation terms and conditions, please click here. 

Certificate of attendance

The certificate of attendance will be available after the meeting via the MyECNP portal on the ECNP website. 

Disclosure

ECNP requests speakers and chairs to disclose potential conflicts of interest. This will allow the audience to take potential conflicts of interest into account when assessing the objectivity of the presentation. 

Speakers are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their current presentation in the first slide of their presentation. Chairs are requested to disclose potential conflict of interest regarding the topics of the presentations during their introduction.  

Potential conflicts of interest can involve: grants, honoraria, shares, paid positions on advisory boards, etc.
