Application for the ECNP CDE grant is open to all presenting authors residing in a country with a developing economy (CDE) within Europe*, whose abstract is accepted for poster presentation. The grant is given to selected abstracts based on the decision of the scientific review committee.
This grant consists of free registration to the congress and EUR 500** to support travel expenses for the congress.
For CDE grant winners, a certificate is available.
Applicants will be informed about the decision before 1 July of the year of the congress.
If your abstract is not accepted for presentation, and you do not wish to pay the CDE registration fee, you can cancel your registration by contacting the registration & hotel secretariat by e-mail within 14 days after receiving the message that your abstract has been rejected.
*CDE-countries within Europe are: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, Macedonia-FYR, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine.
**Receipt of the grant depends on the presenting author attending the 32nd ECNP Congress and presenting the poster. The grant will be paid after the congress. Grant winners will receive an e-mail immediately after the congress with an online form where the bank account details should be given.
