ECNP Congress

The annual ECNP Congress is Europe’s premier scientific meeting for disease-oriented brain research. This year, the congress once again exceeded expectations, attracting nearly 7,000 participants from over 101 countries, with 90% attending in person in Milan and 10% participating virtually, bringing together psychiatrists, neuroscientists, neurologists, and psychologists from around the world.
ECNP is an independent scientific association dedicated to the science and treatment of disorders of the brain. It is the largest non-institutional supporter of applied and translational neuroscience research and education in Europe. Read more

“It seems that the SSRI medication contributes to an improvement on cognitive function, at the same time as helping improve mood,” said lead investigator Vibeke Dam, a senior researcher in neurology and neurobiology with Copenhagen University Hospital in Denmark.
