From 1 August, all abstracts accepted for poster or ePoster presentation will be listed on the online programme (title only).
Review
Abstracts were reviewed, if submitted according to the guidelines, in the period between 16 May and 16 July 2025. Abstracts accepted for poster presentation received one of the following outcomes:

5 September | Deadline to upload ePoster and Poster |
11-14 October | Posters will be presented during the congress |
Mid-December | The supplement to the open access ECNP journal Neuroscience Applied will be available online |
Publication
Abstracts accepted for publication will be published in a digital supplement to the open access journal Neuroscience Applied. The supplement of the journal will be available online in Mid-December 2025. The abstracts accepted for presentation and/or publication will be added to the congress programme, app and congress platform.
Media opportunities
Presenting at the ECNP Congress offers a chance for your research to be featured internationally. ECNP press team promotes selected studies to major media outlets each year.

Excellence Award
Excellent work might be rewarded with an ECNP Excellence Award. Early Career Scientists (according to the criteria) and/or residents of a European Country with a Developing Economy (CDE)* are encouraged to submit an abstract for poster presentation.
*CDE-countries within Europe are: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, Republic of North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine.
Alessandro Zuddas Award for Child and Adolescent Neuropsychopharmacology
If your abstract involves research in child and adolescent neuropsychopharmacology and is accepted - and you present your poster at the ECNP Congress - you will automatically be applying for the ECNP Alessandro Zuddas Award in Child and Adolescent Neuropsychopharmacology.
