Disabled persons

The congress venue is equipped with facilities for disabled persons.

Session rooms

It is not allowed to bring drinks or food inside the session rooms. When a session room is fully seated, it is not permitted to enter the room or stand at the back of the room due to security. We will provide an overflow room if possible.

Lost and found

For lost and found items, please go to the registration desk located at the main entrance.

Photography and filming of sessions

Audio and video recording and flash photography are strictly prohibited during Congress sessions. Photography of slides is permitted only for personal reference—reproduction is forbidden. Photography of posters is allowed under similar conditions.
Camera glasses are not allowed at the Congress due to privacy risks. Wearing such devices may result in denied access to the venue, in line with current safety practices.
No professional filming crews or photographers are permitted in session rooms or poster areas, except those hired by the 38th ECNP Congress Foundation.

General photography and filming

In the past, participants of the ECNP Congress have expressed concerns about being photographed or filmed. Because of this, persons in possession of press badge are restricted to film and photograph inside the venue at a designated location. Please note that this is discretionary of the 38th ECNP Congress foundation, and if we receive requests from participants, or if filming/photography/recording is regarded as intrusive, then we may have to withdraw permission. Filming in the exhibition area is only allowed in the stand of the company that has ordered the filming or photography. It is not allowed to film or take photographs in the general or catering areas of the exhibition.

Political statements at the Congress

ECNP recognises that our Congress participants may hold personal and political views that are deeply meaningful to them.

To ensure the Congress remains a space for open scientific exchange, we ask all participants to help maintain an atmosphere of neutrality and mutual respect. We kindly request that political statements or gestures—whether in language, clothing, or materials—be avoided during the Congress, so that all attendees feel welcome and focused on the shared mission of advancing science.

ECNP reserves the right to intervene if any activity is deemed disruptive to this environment, including restricting access to the Congress if necessary. In such cases, ECNP retains the unqualified right to withdraw access, cancel registration, or remove individuals from the Congress without refund, if their actions compromise the integrity or safety of the event.
