ECNP Rising Star Award

The ECNP Rising Star Award honours up to three Early Career Scientists whose research in applied and translational neuroscience has the potential to advance the science, treatment and prevention of disorders of the brain.

The award winner(s) will receive:

  • An unrestricted prize of EUR 2,000 and a commemorative certificate to be presented at the ECNP Congress.
  • An invitation to the ECNP Congress with faculty benefits for travel and hotel.

ECNP Neuropsychopharmacology Award

ECNP Neuropsychopharmacology Award

The ECNP Neuropsychopharmacology Award recognises exceptional research achievements in applied and translational neuroscience.

The award is granted each year, alternating between pre-clinical and clinical research. The 2022 award is in clinical research.
The award winner will be honoured with:

  • A cash prize of EUR 10,000: EUR 7,500 for the winner personally, and EUR 2,500 for a collaborator – or collaborators – of the winner’s choice, conferred upon the acceptance of a review article for publication in European Neuropsychopharmacology.
  • A commemorative statuette and certificate.
  • An invitation to present the award plenary lecture during the ECNP Congress.
