How do I attend?
The ECNP Roadmap Meeting on Precision Psychiatry 2025 will have a hybrid format, with presentations given in-person in Frankfurt, Germany, and all sessions, including discussions, will be livestreamed. Both participants joining in-person and virtually will be able to interact by using the interactive Q&A tool Slido.
Participants can choose to attend in-person in Frankfurt, Germany, or to register to join the meeting virtually from anywhere in the world. In-person participation is selective based on application; virtual participation is open to all.
The registration for in-person participation and for virtual participation is free of charge.
How to apply for in-person participation
In-person participation is limited to selected participants only. If you would like to join the meeting in-person, you can apply by submitting a motivation statement (50-150 words) mentioning:

- Your most recent job position

Deadline
The deadline to apply is 15 November 2024 at 17.00 CET (Central European Time).
The final selection of participants (limited number) is based on your motivation statement and providing a balanced participant group. Applicants will be informed about the outcome of the selection before 10 December 2024.
If you’re not selected to join the meeting in-person you can still register to join virtually after 10 December 2024.
Residents of the Russian Federation are only eligible for virtual registration.
How to register for virtual participation
Virtual participation means you will get access to the virtual platform where all sessions will be livestreamed, and you will also be able to interact by submitting questions using the interactive Q&A tool Slido.
