Virtual participation means you will get access to the virtual platform where all sessions will be livestreamed. Participants will also be able to submit their questions using Slido. One week before the start of the meeting you will receive more information on how to access the virtual platform. It’s no longer possible to apply for virtual participation.
In-person participation is only for already selected participants who will attend the meeting in Nice, France. It’s no longer possible to apply for in-person participation.
For participants selected to attend in-person in Nice ECNP has negotiated special accommodation rates at the meeting venue, Hotel Le Méridien. The link to the dedicated booking form will be sent to participants selected for in-person participation. Hotel accommodation costs are at your own expenses.
For participants selected to attend in-person in Nice the registration includes:
- Coffee breaks on Sunday
- Drinks and dinner on Sunday
- Coffee breaks on Monday
- Lunch on Monday
For participants selected to attend in-person in Nice it is highly recommended that all participants carry proper individual travel and health insurance.

Passport and visa information
For participants attending in-person in Nice a valid passport is required to enter France. Please note that visa requirements are valid for visitors from a number of countries. For detailed information, participants are advised to contact the French embassy in their country of residence.
If a letter of invitation is required for the purpose of obtaining a visa, this can be provided by the ECNP Office. This can be requested by contacting the ECNP Office via e-mail.
For participants selected to attend the meeting in-person in Nice, France, ECNP has waived the registration fee, including meeting attendance, coffee breaks, drinks & dinner on Sunday and lunch on Monday.
Participants attending in-person in Nice have to arrange and pay for their own travel to and from Nice, France.
In case of cancellation, for both virtual and in-person registration, please notify the ECNP office via e-mail as soon as possible.
Certificate of attendance
The certificate of attendance will be available after the meeting via the My ECNP portal on the ECNP website.
ECNP requests speakers and chairs to disclose potential conflicts of interest. This will allow the audience to take potential conflicts of interest into account when assessing the objectivity of the presentation.
Speakers are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their current presentation in the first slide of their presentation. Chairs are requested to disclose potential conflict of interest regarding the topics of the presentations during their introduction.
Potential conflicts of interest can involve: grants, honoraria, shares, paid positions on advisory boards, etc.
