Sponsorship
For the first time at the ECNP New Frontiers in Digital Health Meeting, ECNP offers companies the opportunity to present their digital health products and applications. This will be by means of table-top presentations during the coffee breaks, lunches and welcome drinks.
It is no longer possible to apply.
The deadline was 20 February 2020.
For a fee of EUR 2,000 (excluding VAT) the following is offered:
- High table
- Space for pull-up banner (to be provided by company)
- Electricity point
- Interaction with participants
- Sunday 16.30-17.00 and 19.45-20.15
- Monday 10.30-11.00, 12.00-12.30 and 15.45-16.30
- Free registration to attending the sessions
- High-level audience
Participants
The meeting is attended by representatives from IT, pharma and medical devices industry, regulators, and patient and family associations who are interested in discussing different points of view on how digital health is going to change the way clinical trials are run and the use of digital therapeutics for brain disorders. The meeting can accommodate a maximum of 100 participants.
Payment
An invoice will be issued for the sponsor fee, payable within 15 days of invoice date. Payment should be made to the following bank account:

The sponsor is prohibited from using any assigned space unless the sponsorship fee has been paid in full.
Disclaimer
In the event of force majeure, which includes any reasons that are beyond ECNP R&S’s control, including war, strikes, lockouts, riots and other civil disturbances, natural, events such as earthquakes, floods and droughts, and any others, which have an impact on the obligations of ECNP R&S, ECNP R&S has the right to immediately alter or cancel the meeting or any parts thereof. In such force majeure event, the company is not entitled to any compensation whatsoever for damages or costs resulting from such alteration or cancellation.
