• Neuroimaging Techniques
  For the first two years the network activities centred on structural magnetic resonance imaging.
  
• Neural Correlates of Diagnostic Specificity
  The network is using a number of techniques to identify common and specific correlates of diagnostic entities, particularly in affective disorders.
  
• Genotype-Phenotype interactions
  The network will investigate the relationship between extended phenotypes (clinical, cognitive, brain structural) and their relationship to risk conferring genes and explore their interaction with psychotropic medication.
  
• Methods
  The network has pursued a number of methodological approaches including meta-analyses, retrospective harmonisation of structural data, pooled volumetric analyses and assessment of gyrification.
