Abstract submission for poster presenters

We accepted abstracts in these scientific topics.

All poster presenters must be registered for the congress by 20 September 2022 to be able to present a poster. View registration fees here.

Your abstract will be reviewed, if submitted according to the guidelines, in the period between 11 May and 19 July. Abstracts accepted for poster presentation will receive one of the following outcomes:

  • In-person presentation by means of a paper poster in Vienna  
  • Presentation by means of an electronic poster online

  • Publication of the abstract in the digital Congress supplement to the open access ECNP journal Neuroscience Applied

Abstracts accepted for publication will be published in a digital supplement to the open access journal Neuroscience Applied. The supplement of the journal will be available online in January 2023. The abstracts accepted for presentation and/or publication will be added to the Congress programme, app and online platform.

ECNP Excellence Award

ECNP Excellence Award Excellent work might be rewarded with an ECNP Excellence Award.
Early Career Scientists (according to the criteria) and/or residents of an European Country with a Developing Economy (CDE)** were encouraged to submit an abstract for poster presentation.
**CDE-countries within Europe are: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, Republic of North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine.

Non-standard abstract(s)
It was also possible to submit a non-standard abstract. For example encore abstract(s), clinical cases, literature reviews and research proposals.

Who can submit abstracts?
Abstracts could be submitted by professionals from across the world who are keen on discussing the latest developments in the science and treatment of brain disorders.
