Junior project manager registration

Then ECNP is looking for you as our new junior project manager registration.

As the successful candidate you will

  • Be good at switching between different activities
  • Have an affinity with ICT and knowledge of or interest in learning various software programmes
  • Preferably have experience working with registration procedures
  • Be able to work efficiently and effectively in a small, close-knit team
  • Be able to organise your workflow, prioritise and plan
  • Value accuracy

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Partner with our junior project manager registration to handle the different registration processes for online and in-person events and membership, including booking invoices
  • Handle questions coming in by e-mail
  • Be part of the team and act as a backup for other tasks in busy time

Criteria
MBO or HBO working and thinking level. You are available 32-36 hours a week, preferably live in the Utrecht area, and willing to travel abroad if necessary. You are required to be a Dutch or an EU citizen or have a work permit for the Netherlands.

ECNP offers a challenging job in a dynamic environment within an international non-profit organisation. The position has a competitive salary and benefits, including a pension plan, 180 hours of holiday full time (36 hours) and a guaranteed 13th month. The expectation is that, after the 12-month trial period, the position will lead to a permanent contract.

The association has about 1,000 members from all over Europe. ECNP's activities are coordinated by the ECNP Office, located in Rijnsweerd, Utrecht, next to the Science Park. These activities include organising a wide range of scientific and educational activities, meetings and congresses across Europe.
