A-Z ECNP Congress information
ECNP has taken great care to respond to the need of physicians to participate in continuing medical education (CME) programmes recognised by the European Union and their home countries.
The programme of the 33rd ECNP Congress has been forwarded to the European Accreditation Committee in CNS (EACIC) for review. The number of granted European and US CME credits will be published on this page on 4 March 2020.
Children at the congress
Children are not permitted in the session rooms, poster area or in the exhibition area at the venue. Free childcare services are provided by the 33rd ECNP Congress. More information can be found here.
Food & drinks
Coffee, tea and lunch are included in the registration fee and are available to all congress participants at the poster area and at the exhibition on Sunday to Tuesday, and on Saturday in the main congress areas close to the session rooms.
The Welcome Reception on Saturday is also included in the registration fee.

To buy a small snack or beverage, you can find a cash bar on level -2.
The congress venue is equipped with facilities for the disabled. However, if you have any special needs or disabilities, please let the registration secretariat, know when you arrive at the congress. The staff will be available at the registration desk during the congress opening hours.
The dress code at the congress is casual.
The organisers will not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. It is highly recommended that all participants carry proper health and travel insurance.
The official language of the 33rd ECNP Congress is English. No translation will be provided.
Passport and visa
An identity card is sufficient for participants from EU-member countries. All other participants need a valid passport to enter the European Union.
Visas may be required for participants from some countries. For specific information, please contact the nearest Danish embassy at least six weeks prior to your departure.
Please start the visa application process as early as possible and at least six weeks prior to your departure. The organisers are not to be held responsible for the outcome of your visa application.
For those who missed a session or would like to review a presentation, all symposium presentations approved for release by their presenters are posted as webcast on the ECNP website after the congress.

Supplement to the ECNP journal European Neuropsychopharmacology (ENP)
Abstracts accepted for publication and presented at the 33rd ECNP Congress will be published in a supplement to the journal European Neuropsychopharmacology (ENP). The printed supplement is not included in the participant's registration fee and can be ordered at a price of EUR 60 (incl. 20% Austrian VAT) through the online registration form. The pre-paid supplement can be collected at the 33rd ECNP Congress.
