The New Frontiers Meeting 2027 will have a hybrid format, with presentations given in-person in Nice and all sessions, including discussions, also livestreamed. Both participants joining in-person and virtually will be able to engage in the meeting by using the interactive Q&A tool Slido.
Participants can choose to attend the meeting either in person in Nice or virtually from anywhere in the world. In-person participation is limited to selected participants, while virtual participation is open to all.

Registration for virtual participation is open!
The deadline to register for virtual participation is 17 March 2027.
In-person participation
In-person participation is restricted to the applicants that have been selected to participate.
To join the meeting in-person, those interested can apply by submitting a motivation statement (50-150 words) mentioning:

Selection of participants
The final selection of participants (limited number) is based on both the motivation statement and the formation of a balanced participant group. Applicants will be informed about the outcome of the selection by the beginning of December 2026.

If you are not selected to join the meeting in-person you can still register to join virtually. Virtual registration is possible until 17 March 2027.
Residents of the Russian Federation are only eligible for virtual registration.
Virtual participation
Registration for virtual participation is open to anyone interested. There is no limit to the number of virtual attendees.
Virtual participation includes full access to the meeting via the MyECNP portal, where sessions will be livestreamed on a dedicated page. Virtual participants can actively engage in the meeting using the interactive Q&A tool Slido, which allows participants to submit questions in real time.
The livestreamed sessions will be available for on-demand viewing until 29 March 2027.
