ECNP support at national meetings
There is an opportunity for members of the advisory board of national societies to apply for
ECNP support for an educational symposium during the (annual) meeting of the national society.
A maximum of 4 applications per year will be granted. The logistical organisation of the
ECNP supported educational symposium is taken care of by the national society.
The application should include:
- A summary of the purpose and content of the symposium and why it is appropriate for
ECNP to fund it;
- The programme of the symposium, including a speaker list or a request for ECNP
to suggest speakers (there will be no honorarium for the speakers);
- A transparent budget statement including costs of registration, transport and
accommodation of faculty. No other budget items are allowed;
- A clear indication of who will administer both this symposium budget and the budget
of the national meeting as a whole.

If the application is approved and the symposium has taken place the ECNP Office needs to receive:

an overview of the actual costs (within the approved budget), with copies of invoices
and declarations, and information of the bank account, IBAN and BIC number in order
to transfer the money;

a report of the ECNP Symposium which could be published in our newsletter
ECNP Matters (maximum of 600 words).
