Hotel rooms in various price categories have been reserved for the 23rd ECNP Congress in Amsterdam. The prices presented below are only an indication for standard rooms. Detailed and useful information on all pre-selected hotels, including photos, location, distance from congress venue is available on our interactive map to locate the hotels.
Room rates
All prices are quoted in euro (EUR) per room per night, including breakfast, local VAT and service. Payment in other currencies will not be accepted. A one-night deposit will be required in order to secure the hotel reservation. If you click on the hotel category, you can view all the hotels available within this category.

Reservation
After 16 August 2010 the online hotel registration form is no longer available. Colloquium Brussels, the organising secretariat, will try to meet all your accommodation requests. If you require any further information, please contact Ronny Vanderpooten at r.vanderpooten@clq-group.com
Payment and invoice
In order to guarantee your reservation, a one-night deposit of your first choice hotel will have to be settled by credit card payment (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard or American Express) or bank transfer when submitting the online registration and hotel reservation form. In case of bank transfer a valid credit card number must be communicated as well when making your reservation request in order to guarantee and secure your reservation. Please ensure that your credit card will still be valid at the time of the congress. The organising secretariat will make the hotel reservation only after receipt of the deposit. Upon checkout, the deposit paid will be deducted from your hotel bill. Payment after the congress is not possible. The official invoice will be issued by the hotel upon
checkout.
Confirmation
Within one week after receipt of your reservation form and hotel deposit, you will receive a confirmation of your hotel reservation by e-mail including the name and address of your hotel and the costs per night. If you have not received any confirmation one week after payment of your hotel deposit, please contact the organising secretariat at +32 2 777 0188 or at .
Cancellation, reduction of stay, no-show and early departure
Any changes, reduction of stay or cancellation of hotel reservations should be notified in writing
to Colloquium Brussels, the organising secretariat, by fax at +32 2 779 5960by or by e-mail at . They will be subject to the following conditions:
- For cancellations received on or before 14 May 2010: the one-night deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee of EUR 35 (incl. 19% VAT) and bank charges
- For cancellations received after 14 May 2010 and on or before 15 July 2010: the one-night deposit is non-refundable
- For cancellations, reduction of stay or no-show received as of 15 July 2010: the full stay will be charged
Name changes in hotel reservation notified in writing before 16 August 2010 can be made free of charge. Any changes on or after 16 August 2010 will be subject to an administrative fee of EUR 35 (including 19% VAT). However, changes to the invoice or any other changes cannot be made.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
