After 16 August 2010 you can only register on-site. To speed up your on-site registration, please fill in the registration form and bring the printed document to the on-site registration desks at the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition & Convention Centre as from Saturday 28 August 09:00 hours.

Please note that the on-site registration fee applies to all registration applications received after
16 August 2010.
 
 For on-site registrations, cash and credit card (Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard and American Express) payment in euro (EUR) only will be accepted.

Please note that on-site registration for the congress does not guarantee the availability of
all congress material.

Participants applying for a reduced fee (except participants from countries with developing economies) should provide a copy of their student card or an official letter from the head of their department, university or institution.

° Please note that if you are not listed on the ECNP/ ACNP membership lists, the organisers reserve the right to register you as a non-member and charge the corresponding registration fee.

The congress supplement to the journal European Neuropsychopharmacology (ENP) is not included in the participant´s registration fee.
Please note that is no longer possible to order the congress supplement to ENP.   

The published papers of the 23rd ECNP Congress in the congress supplement to ENP are available on the CD-Rom that is included in the registration fee.

On-site registration does not guarantee the availability of all congress material.

Group registration

The deadline for submission of group registration requests was 1 June 2010.
Group registration will not be available to on-site registrants; all new registrations will be handled on an individual basis.

Payment

Payment of the registration fee is to be made in advance by credit card or bank transfer. Regretfully, bank drafts and cheques will not be accepted.

Credit card:
Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the credit cardholder’s name is clearly mentioned if it differs from the registrant’s name.

Bank transfer:
Bank fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the congress and the name of the participant, as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed.

If payment is made for more than one person or by a company, please make sure that all names are properly indicated.

VAT

Dutch VAT (19%) is applicable to the registration fees.

Confirmation

Receipt of your registration will be first acknowledged by e-mail. The official confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail within one week after receipt of full payment, with confirmation of your requirements according to the submitted registration form. Finally, a letter including logistical and practical details will be sent by e-mail approximately two weeks before the congress. We strongly recommend that you present your confirmation letter upon arrival at the pre-registration desk in order to collect your badge and congress materials. If you do not have a confirmation letter, you are kindly requested to bring your passport or another form of photo identification with you.

Cancellations and refunds

Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to Colloquium Brussels, the organising secretariat, by fax at +32 2 779 5960 or by e-mail at email and will be subject to the following conditions:

Name change

Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress may nominate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying the organising secretariat in writing on or before 16 August 2010. Substitutions after this date will be processed directly on-site. However, changes to the invoice or any other changes cannot be made.uparrow
