Registration
The registration for the Consultation Meeting 2010 is closed.
Registration fee
The registration fee (Euro 600) includes the following:

two nights hotel accommodation (7 and 8 March 2010) at the Boscolo Hôtel Plaza, Nice, France, in a double room for single use including breakfast

buffet dinner on Sunday, two lunches and refreshments during breaks
In case you prefer a double room for double use, this can be reserved at a total surcharge of
Euro 32 for two nights, which will have to be paid to the hotel directly on arrival.
An extra night will be charged by the hotel at Euro 149 for a double room for single use per night or Euro 165 for a double room for double use per night including breakfast.
Extras (i.e. extra night with city tax, telephone costs, mini bar etc.) are to be paid to the hotel.
Please do not contact the hotel directly as all reservations are handled by the ECNP Office.
Please note that hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed if the request is received after
1 February 2010.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellation should be sent by e-mail to the ECNP Office, 
. Cancellations are accepted up to and including 31 January 2010 with a refund of the fees paid. For cancellations received on or after 1 February 2010, the full registration fee will be charged. All refunds will be made within two months after the meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.
