With our first ever hybrid congress in Lisbon still fresh in our minds, preparations for the 2022 ECNP Congress are already well underway!
Meet the Keynote speaker for the 35th ECNP Congress Hybrid: Rachel Yehuda, USA.
Leader in the field of traumatic stress studies, Rachel Yehuda's current interests include the study of risk and resilience factors, psychological and biological predictors of treatment response in PTSD, genetic and epigenetic studies of PTSD and the intergenerational transmission of trauma and PTSD.
She will give a Keynote Lecture on 'Trauma: molecular and intergenerational perspectives'.

ECNP Public Choice Poster Award 2021
The ECNP Public Choice Poster Award is awarded to the best poster presented at the ECNP Congress, chosen by the public.
The winner receives a free registration to the next ECNP Congress and a commemorative certificate.
The 2021 winner is Haluk Yesilkaya, Turkey, with the poster P.0449: 'Evaluation of IGF-1 as a novel theranostic biomarker for schizophrenia'.

Accreditation 34th ECNP Congress Hybrid
The European Accreditation Committee in CNS (EACIC) has granted a total of 23 CME credits to the 34th ECNP Congress Hybrid.
You can still claim your CME credits through the ECNP Congress online platform. The platform is accessible for in-person and online participants. The deadline is 13 January 2022.

2022 ECNP Child and Adolescent School
The next ECNP School of Child and Adolescent Neuropsychopharmacology will be held in Venice, Italy, from 27 March-1 April 2022.
A maximum of 50 early career psychiatrists will be offered an interactive meeting with an international faculty of experts in basic and clinical paediatric neuropsychopharmacology.
Accommodation costs are covered by ECNP.

GAMIAN-Europe has recently launched a survey, together with the European Psychiatric Association (EPA), on the impact of Covid-19 on mental health, care, and service delivery in Europe.
